For Boardwalk Condominiums, we helped the condo board by reviewing a prior obtained
reserves study and helped setup a 5-year expenditure plan, specific to the local economy and
industry. This has resulted in the timely upkeep of the brick and masonry through tuckpointing
of the building envelope, mechanical systems upgrades upon catastrophic failure of an aging
boiler system, and a complete insurance review of the failure.

At Union Square Condominiums, we helped work through the complete refresh of the lobby and
the four floors of the main entry stairwell. As the work took place in the main grand entrance
the appearance of and communication of schedule was crucial to the 150 units in the building.
Our team worked through move-in/out schedules and keeping the mailroom accessible
throughout construction even while 100’s of parcels were delivered daily.
